What does the Fire Resistant Level (FRL) indicate?

The FRL consists of a numbered sequence that represents consecutively the structural, integrity and insulation rating (Structural/Integrity/Insulation). For example: -/60/- would represent a 60 minute integrity only.

If you are given a 90/90/90 rating this specifies a structural component in addition to an integrity and insulation requirement. This rating applies to the structural element, not the fire rated glazing system. Top
